Dynasort provides merchants with flexible settings to control processing, notifications, and issue reporting. These settings ensure that merchants can fine-tune how Dynasort operates in their store.

Processing Settings

Merchants can configure when and how Dynasort processes collection sorting:

  • Enable or Disable Processing – Toggle whether Dynasort actively updates collections.
  • Processing Schedule – Choose which days of the week processing runs.
  • Processing Hours – Define if processing should run all day or only during specific hours.

Insights Notifications

Merchants can set up automated reports for collection performance data:

  • Email Recipients – Define one or more recipients for Insights reports.
  • Report Frequency – Choose from daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
  • Report Timeframe – Set the number of days used in report calculations.

Issues Reporting

Merchants can configure how Dynasort alerts them about collection issues:

  • Email Frequency – Choose how often issue reports are sent.
  • Email Recipients – Set one or more email addresses for notifications.
  • Above-The-Fold Product Count – Define how many products are considered “above the fold.”
  • Low Product Count Threshold – Set the minimum number of products required in a collection before triggering an alert.

Managing Settings

  1. Navigate to the Settings section in Dynasort.
  2. Adjust processing, Insights, or issue reporting settings as needed.
  3. Save changes to apply updates.
