Dynasort automatically monitors collections for common merchandising issues, ensuring they remain optimized and visually appealing. Merchants can customize issue detection settings and receive automated notifications.
Automated Collection Checks
Dynasort identifies the following issues:
- Low Product Count – Detects collections with too few products.
- Out-of-Stock Products Above the Fold – Flags sold-out products appearing in high-visibility positions.
- Broken Size Runs Above the Fold – Identifies products with missing key sizes in prominent positions.
Customizing Issue Detection
- Adjust Above-the-Fold Threshold – The number of products considered “above the fold” can be customized in settings.
- Per-Collection Issue Settings – Merchants can disable specific checks for individual collections if needed.
Automated Notifications
Merchants can enable email notifications for collection issues, with the option to receive updates:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
Managing Collection Issues
- Navigate to the Collection Issues section in Dynasort.
- View flagged collections and the detected issues.
- Adjust settings or take action to resolve issues.
- Enable email notifications for proactive monitoring.
