Insights

Dynasort provides built-in data collection and reporting for Shopify collection performance, helping merchants analyze and optimize merchandising strategies. Performance metrics are tracked and reported at multiple levels:

Data Breakdown

  • Per Collection – Insights specific to individual collections.
  • Per Recipe – Aggregated performance for collections using the same Recipe.
  • Overall Performance – Data for all collections, segmented by:
    • Dynasort-Managed Collections
    • Shopify-Managed Collections
    • Total Store Data

Tracked & Reported Metrics

Dynasort collects the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess collection performance:

  • Views – Total number of times a collection was viewed.
  • Sessions – Unique visits to a collection.
  • Conversions – Number of purchases made from a collection.
  • Conversion Ratio (CVR) – Percentage of sessions that resulted in a purchase.
  • Cart Sessions – Sessions where a product was added to the cart.
  • Add To Cart Rate – Percentage of views that led to an add-to-cart action.
  • Exits – Number of times visitors left the store from a collection page.
  • Exit Rate – Percentage of sessions that ended on a collection page.
  • Bounces – Visitors who left after viewing a collection without interacting.
  • Bounce Rate – Percentage of single-page sessions that ended on the collection page.

Automated Reports

Merchants can enable email reports for collection performance, delivered at the following intervals:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly

How to Access Insights

  1. Navigate to the Insights section in Dynasort.
  2. View performance data per collection, per Recipe, or store-wide.
  3. Configure email reports under Settings for automated updates.
  4. Use collected data to refine sorting strategies and improve conversions.
