Yes. Shopify’s checkout editor lets you add app blocks to the Thank you page, and a post-purchase recommendation block puts a product row there, seeded by the items in the order. The customer just told you exactly what they like; the row suggests what pairs with it, and never re-sells what they already bought.
Why Post-Purchase Converts
The moment after checkout is the highest-trust moment a store gets. The customer has committed, entered payment, and is feeling good about the purchase. There is no cart to protect and no checkout to distract from, which is why a well-seeded row here converts far better than its position in the funnel would suggest. It is also the cheapest audience you will ever reach: they are already on the page.
What to Show
- Complements, not bestsellers. “Goes well with what you got” outperforms a generic popularity list after a purchase.
- Keep it short. Three or four products read as a confident suggestion; a grid reads as a second shop they did not ask for.
- Let checkout style it. These pages are rendered by Shopify’s checkout, so the cards inherit your checkout typography automatically and always look native.
Dynasort’s post-purchase placement works like its other recommendation rows: bind a recipe, add the block in the checkout editor, and serves and clicks are tracked per recipe.
One caution: because Shopify renders these pages, theme-style options such as swatches and quick add-to-cart do not apply here. A good post-purchase block only offers the settings that genuinely work on this surface, which keeps the row clean, fast, and native to your checkout.
Dynasort puts a recipe-ranked row on your Thank you page. Install it from the Shopify App Store or read the post-purchase setup guide.
